Responsibility
The continuing education programs of the University of Basel lie in the responsability of a faculty of the University of Basel, another organizational unit of the University of Basel designated by the President's Boards or the Continuing Education Services. The organizational unit bears the academic and financial responsibility for the corresponding continuing education programs. It decides on degree programs and applies for their introduction, modification and discontinuation to the President's Boards of the Services Continuing Education.
Training committee
The criteria for quality assurance are drawn up by the Senate's Continuing Education Commission, which is responsible for developing continuing education programs in line with the University of Basel's strategy.
