We are pleased to share with you the information and calls about Istituto Svizzero’s residency programmes in Rome, Milan and Palermo.

• Roma Calling: a ten-month residency running from September to July at Villa Maraini, Rome
• Milano Calling: a six-month residency running from September to April in Milan
• Palermo Calling: a three-month residency running from September to December at Palazzo Butera in Palermo
• Palermo Calling – Curator: a three-month residency for curators running from September to December, in collaboration with Fondazione Sicilia
• Palermo Calling – Art&Science: a three-month residency for a duo Art & Science running from September to December, in collaboration with Fondazione Sant’Elia

As part of its programme, Istituto Svizzero annually announces a call for proposals for Summer Schools (July-August-early September). The call is open to projects of all disciplines that meet one of the following conditions: to offer participants a new historical or contemporary perspective on Rome or, in general, on Italy or to promote the collaboration between different scientific disciplines (interdisciplinary exchange) or between art and science (transdisciplinary exchange).
