The use of the "Phil" app is completely voluntary, unless otherwise explicitly specified and officially communicated by those responsible at the faculty, department or subject area level for individual functions. It is not intended to replace our official communication channels (website, email, online services, face-to-face meetings, etc.), but to complement them in a meaningful way.
Your data is stored as follows
You can avoid the local storage of your e-mail address and password by logging out manually after each use of the app.
It is important to note that the above-mentioned local data will be lost as soon as you delete your app data or uninstall the "Phil" app. You can also delete your online account including the locally stored data at any time using the "Delete my account" function in the left side panel of the app.
We only store this data online to ensure that the app functions properly. Your personal data is all protected by password and access control lists. Data that is no longer required is deleted by the system at set intervals.
The GDPR-compliant Infomaniak servers on which your data is stored are located exclusively in Switzerland.
